We accept UPI (Google Pay / PhonePe / Paytm), bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and all major credit / debit cards via a secure payment link. We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery.

As a small studio-led label producing limited runs, prepaid orders help us cover fabric and karigar costs before stitching. It also means lower returns, less waste and better prices for you.

Yes — for many silhouettes we offer minor customisations like sleeve length, lining and hemlines. WhatsApp us before ordering and we'll confirm what's possible and any added timeline.

Every NYSA piece is available in S, M, L, XL, 2XL and 3XL. We grade patterns for real bodies — generous bust panels, considered waistlines and flattering hemlines across the range.

If you're between sizes we always recommend sizing up for ethnic wear, especially Anarkalis, kurtas and shararas. WhatsApp us with your bust / waist measurements and we'll suggest the best fit.

Pure cotton, soft modal, breathable rayon, lustrous organza, georgette and chiffon for daywear; silk blends, dupion and embroidered net for festive and bridal edits. Each product page lists the exact fabric.

Dry-clean only for embroidered, sequinned and silk pieces. For cottons and modals, gentle hand-wash in cold water with a mild detergent; do not wring; line-dry in shade; iron on reverse on a medium setting.

Hand-block-printed and dyed pieces may lose a touch of excess colour on the first wash — this is normal. Always wash separately in cold water for the first two washes, and never soak.

Ready-to-ship pieces dispatch within 24–48 hours and reach you in 5–7 working days across India. Made-to-order pieces typically take 7–10 working days before dispatch. We share tracking on WhatsApp.

At the moment we ship pan-India only. International shipping is on our 2026 roadmap — WhatsApp us if you'd like to be notified.

We currently have a strict no-returns and no-exchange policy. Each piece is checked and packed with care — if you receive a damaged or wrong item, message us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos and we'll resolve it immediately.

We're a small label producing limited quantities of each design. To keep prices fair and inventory honest, we ask that you size carefully — and we're always available on WhatsApp to help you decide before you order.
