Honest, transparent and customer-first. Here’s everything you need to know before you place an order.
Ready-to-ship orders dispatch within 24–48 hours from our Ahmedabad studio and reach you in 5–7 working days. Made-to-order pieces take 7–10 working days before dispatch. We ship via reputed couriers (Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC) and share tracking on WhatsApp.
Every NYSA piece is folded with tissue paper, sealed in a branded cloth pouch and packed in a tamper-proof shipping box — ready to gift, ready to love.
We accept UPI, NEFT/IMPS bank transfers and major credit / debit cards via a secure payment link shared on WhatsApp. We do not offer Cash on Delivery at this time.
Each piece is checked thoroughly before dispatch. As a small studio with limited inventory, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges — please refer to the Size Guide and feel free to WhatsApp us before ordering for any sizing or fabric questions.
In the rare event you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video and product photos. We'll resolve it immediately — replacement, store credit or a refund, your choice.
We currently ship only within India. International delivery is on our 2026 roadmap — WhatsApp us if you'd like to be notified when it goes live.
